My 2018 Bucket List

In the blink of an eye, it's almost August! Where has the time gone? The summer is flying by and I need to fit in at least another beach trip. Since we're almost 8 whole months into the year I revisited my 2018 bucket list to see if I could scratch anything off. I wrote down about 66 things I wanted to do. I know, you're probably like wtf why? I'm using Lavendaire's Artist of Life workbook and it actually wants you to write 100 things so don't judge. I've actually scratched off a lot of things so far but for the sake of a shorter post here's 10 things I've done and 10 things I have yet to do.

Things I've Done

  1. Laugh more
  2. Successfully grow a plant
  3. Make $1000 on one check
  4. Get a design internship
  5. Go on a road trip
  6. Create magazine spreads
  7. Finish a Netflix series
  8. Get accepted into my school's AFA program
  9. Create digital drawings
  10. Eat at Shake Shack

Things I Have Yet To Do

  1. Go on a picnic
  2. Visit a museum in another state
  3. Do a digital detox
  4. Go to a music festival
  5. Get back into yoga
  6. Go to a sip & paint
  7. Go see my grandparents
  8. Travel alone
  9. Create my own patterns/wallpapers
  10. Read 10 books

Of all 66 things, I've completed about half of them so I'm on the right track. Of the things I listed that I haven't done yet, there are a few that I know I'll get to scratch off by the end of the year. I'm seeing Childish Gambino in September so I'll count that as a music festival. Lo is hosting her own sip & paint in October. I'll be traveling alone to Florida in November. I may be going on another road trip to Philly and if we do I want to go to their museum. I'm happy to know that this year is filled to the brim with art, sightseeing more me time.

What's on your bucket list?
